Aluminum: Baked polyester powder or two or three coat fluoropolymer coatings by PPG® or Valspar®, Ourborite™ laminate and OurboriteLUX™ a sublimated woodgrain. Also Class I or II anodic finishes.

Standard Panels are 24” x 96” (w x h) . Other sizes available based on tooling. Standard Panel lengths are available up to 10’-0”. Non panelized options available. Custom dimensions and profiles available. Please consult with Nelson to determine feasibility of custom sizes.

Nelson Panels are designed to attach onto a standard 1 1/2” tee bar grid.

Metal Panels are available both non-perforated (non-acoustic) and perforated (acoustic). Perforation patterns are limited only to the type of material and gauge chosen.
Presently Nelson offers more than fifty different perforation patterns ranging from diagonal, staggered to straight as well as round, square and oblong holes.
Our standard acoustical material consists of a Black pre-laminated fleece (SoundTex®) bonded to the inside surfaces of the Panel .
